We have a 48-hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM (local hotel time) 48-HOURS or 2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. An authorization will be taken within 48 hours of the arrival date. Invalid or declined credit cards will lead to a false reservation. Your reservation will be immediately canceled if your credit card is invalid or unable to secure an authorized approval for the first night's room and tax charges of your stay. This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to the hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Any guest who violates the pet policy will be charged a cleaning fee. (ADA Defined Service animals are excluded.) The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges.
